Cancellation policy

(applies to booking themed features and any service  that requires reservations)

  • A 50% deposit is due at time of booking.
  • The second and final payment of 50% is due 30 days prior to our trip.
  • Cancellation 60 days prior to the trip is fully refundable.
  • Cancellation from 60 days to 30 days prior to the trip -only half the initial deposit is refundable
  • payments are non-refundable after 30 days prior to our trip or reservation

What is required in order to receive a 10% discount when using a promo code to buy products or themed feature tours :

  • 10% discount when applying the promo code to your payment is valid only on  purchases of a themed feature or any  product that are made using  full payment up front  
  • when opting to not pay in full but to make a down payment  and reserve a space on a theme feature or a product 
  • the required down payment is 50% of the value of the product or tour 
  • when a down payment is made a standard 50% is required however there is no 10% discount available to products or tour that are bought by this 50% down payment method 
  • The return and cancellation policy Remains the Same as described for full payment-however there is no 10% discount available unless it is paid in full upfront 
  • likewise  50% can be applied as a down payment for the purchase of a product as well with the other 50% and shipping cost  due before we send the product to the buyer 
  • The 10% discount does not apply to items bought on layaway and not paid for in full with a one-time payment.

Shipping Policy:

  • the shipping of all products will be paid for by the buyers at all times in addition to the price of the product that is listed there will be a receipt from the shipping service provided with the shipment. Return Policy –

  • There are no Returns on merchandise purchased from the site this is logistically not feasible  because although the outgoing parcels are handled by a direct process parcels arriving to the island are very inconsistent 
  • for local arts and crafts the sales are final *please be sure you ask any questions about the dimensions or style and receive substantive photographs in advance of purchase 


  • Unless previously specified in the order * We ship our products brand new and in workable condition *
  • We insure packages through the mail or courier service  to ensure that you will receive it in original condition
  • We will guarantee only that the product arrives in new condition unopened unused and unbroken –

If it arrives broken because of being  mishandled by the shippers:

  • we will refund the purchase price of the product and the shipping of the product in both directions – upon our receipt of the broken product

The correct return procedure must be followed  as described below: 

Procedure for broken merchandise-

  • Date matching Photograph of the package with broken merchandise upon arrival and the merchandise must be inside the package 
  • The date must match the date the package was signed for  (or be within reasonable proximity -up to 3 days)
  • and send the package with broken merchandise through an inexpensive method
  • When we receive the package and can inspect the damage we will issue you a refund for the total you have spent on the merchandise and the shipping
